My areas of expertise include defining the product vision, strategy and value proposition, prioritizing initiatives, improving product development processes, and growing product managers.

With my background in multinational business and IT projects related to retail banking, copy trading, financial instruments trading platforms, blockchain, management and regulatory reporting, and profitability calculation models, I am well-equipped to help companies stand out in the market and achieve their objectives.

I believe digital product development should be driven by client needs, UX research, and design thinking, scoped as MVP, and constantly measured and adjusted based on numeric KPIs.
